Burlington Homecare Provides quality support through a team of trained and dedicated staff, committed to delivering quality care at home to enable you to stay in your own home. The Care Quality Commission (CQC) Inspected the service in November 2015 and Rated it ‘GOOD’ across the board in providing safe,effective,responsive, caring and well-led services. All Staff receive training in all essential areas such as moving and handling and safe handling of medication as well as an extensive induction. All Staff undergo a fully enhanced DBS Check.
Whether you need help getting up on a morning or retiring to bed; help with washing, dressing and maintaining independence, we can support you and your loved ones. If two carers are needed to support with moving and handling, our staff will pair up to support you.
We can help around the house with activities like meal preparation, cleaning, hoovering, ironing and tidying up. We can run errands, shop or support with other tasks.
We can accompany you to hospital and doctor appointments or other meetings and appointments allowing you to keep your independence. Burlington Homecare packages are bespoke to meet your needs. we prepare our own support plans for clients, which are reviewed regularly with our service users, to ensure our care always meets the individual’s needs.
